Welcome to the ARCADIA BEAUTY website (ARCADIABEAUTY.PH), where we refer to ourselves as ARCADIA BEAUTY," "we," or "us." By using our website or related services, you agree to the following Terms of Use & Service and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the "TOS"). Please review the TOS carefully before placing any orders. We suggest keeping a copy for future reference.
We want to highlight our purchase policies within the TOS and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, please ensure your parent or guardian reviews our Privacy Policy before you register. Note that we may only accept orders from individuals over 18.
The TOS may be updated occasionally. It is important to review them frequently. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Site immediately. Changes will not affect orders placed prior to the updates unless legally required.
Registration
To access certain services or features on this Site, you need to register. When registering, provide accurate, current, and complete information. If your details change, please update us at shop@arcadiabeauty.ph. You may also review our Privacy Policy. Registration requirements may change periodically.
Eligibility to Purchase
To make purchases on the Site, you must register and provide your personal details, including your real name, phone number, and email address. When ordering, you must also provide valid payment details and confirm that they are correct.
The Site is available to individuals who meet ARCADIA BEAUTYs eligibility criteria, hold a valid credit card from an acceptable bank, and authorize ARCADIA BEAUTY to charge their credit card for the total purchase price. We may limit the quantity of items shipped to any one customer or address.
By placing an order, you consent to credit checks and authorize us to obtain and transmit information about you, including credit reports, to authenticate your identity, validate your credit card, and authorize transactions.
We may use your personal information for anti-fraud checks, which could involve disclosing it to credit reference or fraud prevention agencies.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
ARCADIA BEAUTY offers products that are in stock and ready for dispatch.
Pricing Policy
Prices on the Site are listed in PHP or USD, inclusive of VAT. Prices and offers are valid as advertised, but errors excepted. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations or markdowns.
Customers are charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duties or taxes are billed directly by couriers or import brokers. We recommend contacting your local customs authority to determine the landed cost before completing your purchase.
If your credit card is not in PHP or USD, the final amount will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the day your card is processed.
Acceptance of Your Order
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance and completion of the contract occur when we confirm that the goods have been dispatched. The contract is formed in the Philippines and in English.
We reserve the right not to accept orders if payment authorization fails, shipping restrictions apply, the item is out of stock, or you do not meet eligibility criteria. We may refuse transactions or services at our discretion without liability.
Payment
Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB debit/credit cards, and other methods advertised on the Site. Payment will be processed upon dispatch of your order. Ensure that the card used belongs to you or that you have authorization to use it. All cardholders are subject to validation and authorization checks.
If your card issuer does not authorize the payment, we are not liable for delays or non-delivery.
We use Paymongo as our payment gateway, which has secure methods like Maya, Gcash, Billease, Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfers, and more for processing transactions and SSL technology to safeguard your data. While we strive to protect your payment details, we are not liable for losses if unauthorized access occurs.
Insurance and Delivery
ARCADIA BEAUTY insures purchases during transit until delivery. A signature is required upon receipt, transferring responsibility for the goods to you. If a different recipient is specified, their signature will be considered evidence of delivery and fulfillment.
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are a guide and may vary due to customs delays.
Tracking Your Order
Check your shipment status by logging into your account and selecting MY ACCOUNT. Click the “View” button for your Order ID/# to find your tracking number.
For Philippine orders (via Gogo Express)
For International orders (via LBC)
ARCADIA BEAUTY retains a record of transactions for at least one year.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final as we prioritize quality control. However, if you receive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items:

Email us within 7 days of receipt at shop@arcadiabeauty.ph.
Claims without proof are invalid. Opened or used products cannot be returned. If a replacement is not available, a voucher will be provided for a different item, with price adjustments applied.
The support team is available weekdays from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (GMT+8), excluding holidays.
Intellectual Property Rights
Using the Site grants no rights to the intellectual property or content, including software and code, which are protected by laws and treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. You may make a single copy for personal use only.
Content
"Content" includes graphics, photographs, sounds, music, video, and text. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free Content or functionality of the Site. Ensure you have updated virus protection software.
No Commercial Use
The Site is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, distribute, or exploit any Content for commercial purposes. Commercial use of the Site or Content is prohibited.
Your Activity
You are responsible for your use of the Site and all related communications. If you engage in prohibited activities or violate the TOS, we may suspend or terminate your access.
Third-Party Sites
We may link to external sites operated by others. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these sites and do not endorse them. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of these sites.
Your Rights
In the Philippines, you have rights including:

Limits on Our Liability
We accept liability for personal injury from our negligence and fraudulent misrepresentation. Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable losses, up to 150% of the total purchase value. We are not responsible for indirect losses, losses due to force majeure, or failures due to uncontrollable events.
Compensation
You agree to indemnify and hold ARCADIA BEAUTY harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of the TOS or misuse of the Site.
Our Relationship
There is no joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between you and ARCADIA BEAUTY. We are not liable for your actions or representations.
No Waiver
If we do not act on a breach, we still retain the right to enforce the TOS in other situations.
Governing Law
The TOS and policies are governed by Philippine law, and Philippine courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
