6. Returns and Refunds Policy

6.1. Eligibility for Returns

a. Time Frame: You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a subjected refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.

b. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Products that are opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

c. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (marked as final sale)
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items

6.2. Return Process

a. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@arcadiabeauty.ph or +02 8713 8273 with your order number and the reason for the return. 

b. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

c. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

6.3. Refunds

a. Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6.4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6.5. Late or Missing Refunds

a. Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement.

b. Contact Your Bank: Next, contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

c. Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@arcadiabeauty.ph.

6.6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shop@arcadiabeauty.ph or call us at (+02 8713 8273) with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
